Question 1

How many people can play at once?

Accepted Answer

Most of our games accommodate 2–6 players. Santa's Workshop Rescue fits 5–6 players. Our mobile experiences (Curse of the Blacktide, Tomb Escape, Mutiny on the Dutchman) fit 2–5 players. We recommend booking the entire room for your group.

Question 2

How long does each experience last?

Accepted Answer

Room times vary: Santa's Workshop Rescue and The Fairytale Box are 60 minutes. Our mobile experiences run 15–30 minutes. Add 15 minutes before your session for the pre-game briefing and 10 minutes after for the debrief.

Question 3

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 4

Are escape rooms suitable for kids?

Accepted Answer

Players must be at least 10 years old. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Our rooms vary in difficulty — we're happy to recommend the best fit for your group's age range when you contact us.

Question 5

What are mobile escape experiences?

Accepted Answer

Our mobile escape bus and portable room setups travel directly to your location — office, event venue, backyard, or party space. Curse of the Blacktide runs from our custom escape bus. Tomb Escape and Mutiny on the Dutchman set up in any indoor space. Contact us to check availability for your area.

Question 6

Do you offer group or corporate rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer special pricing for corporate team building, full venue buyouts, and tournament-style events. Visit our Team Building page or contact us directly for a custom quote tailored to your group size and goals.

Question 7

What should I wear or bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. No special equipment is needed — we provide everything. Leave large bags in your car if possible. Phones are allowed but we encourage you to stay immersed in the experience!

Question 8

What if our group gets stuck?

Accepted Answer

Your game host monitors your progress throughout the experience and can provide hints when you need them. Just ask! Our goal is for everyone to have a great time, whether you escape or not.
